Lilia Kuzmicz

Chief Executive Officer Lilia joined Reverse Polarity LLC in May of 2008, she is responsible for heading up the company's operations, marketing and technical support services. Her passions are helping organizations achieve their technological and financial goals by maintaining and standardizing technical efficiencies and long-term planning. |
As the former Director of Technology at The Indian Mountain School, a PreK-8 private day/boarding school in Lakeville, CT, Lilia oversaw and managed administrative and academic technology support services, deployments, telecommunications, information systems, and the campus infrastructure from 2000-2008. She maintained a 99% systems uptime and promoted an Open Standard and technically diverse environment: Linux, Apple, and Microsoft systems.
Born in a boarding school, in Poland, Lilia's mother was the school's principal and her father an avid musician. They lived on campus for over seven years and thereafter moved to New Britain, Connecticut where her mother continued to teach and her father joined the manufacturing industry as a CNC programmer.
Lilia graduated from EC Goodwin Technical School with an apprenticeship in Graphic Communications and Publishing. She attended Central Connecticut State University and graduated from The Computer Processing Institute with a Data and Information Processing Certification, in 1987.
After graduation, Lilia worked for the New Britain Herald as an Imaging Specialist and freelanced as publishing, promotion and computer consultant for businesses in the medical, manufacturing, sales, construction, publishing, education, music, and arts industries.
Lilia worked as a Computer Research Specialist for Connecticut Education Association (CEA). During her tenure at CEA, published 13 annual reports detailing educational and municipal statistics for bargaining teacher salaries and education funding. She taught Computer Applications and Networking at the Fox Institute of Business. Thereafter, she served as a technology consultant for The Hotchkiss School and headed their Student Help Desk Services program.
Lilia is an avid art collector and founder of Media and Company, which has represented, sponsored, and coordinated art exhibitions, web sites, and promotions for artists and businesses in the US and abroad. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Polish American Congress and has created marketing, publishing, fund-raising, and event strategies for the New Britain Special Olympics and various community events and projects. She was the Co-chair and created the marketing plan for the POLAM Credit Union Foundation, which today is a full-featured credit union within the Polish community in New Britain, CT. Lilia was the President of her high school class and also served as the Vice President for the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America, which focused on technology and professional development for young adults.
